Start, Stop, Continue retrospective template
Start, Stop, Continue is a common first format. Every topic is already phrased as something to do, so the jump from discussion to action is short. It works for a team of any size and needs no explaining.

Stop
What should we stop doing?

- Picking up new work in the last two days of the sprint
- Routing every alert to the whole team
Continue

Facilitator tip
If Continue fills up and Start stays empty, the team may be ready for a format that asks more of it.
